Samsung Looking to expand its Smartphone Processor Exynos Chipset to Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo in 2021, Says Report

Samsung
According to a report, Samsung is planning to supply its Smartphone Processor ‘Exynos’ chipset to Chinese smartphone manufacturers Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi in 2021. The South Korean based multinational conglomerate said to give its ‘Samsung Exynos Chips’ for some budget smartphones of the Chinese companies as early as the first half of next year 2021.
However, Samsung Company could make the competition tougher for Qualcomm which provides its Snapdragon system-on-chips to numerous manufacturers in China and all over the world. The San Diego-based chip manufacturer confronts heat from MediaTek that also supplies its in-house mobile processors to several organizations worldwide.
Meanwhile, the report suggests that the Samsung LSI has begun to bring down the supply of Exynos chipsets to Samsung’s wireless business division and the reason behind that are the low-profit margins, and that has made Samsung look for new customers. Both Xiaomi and Oppo looked towards Samsung in need of more processors because Huawei’s fate still hangs in the balance and we are also hearing words about how the Samsung Exynos Chipsets were competitively valued for both companies.
The Organization, long ago, supplied Exynos 880 and Exynos 980 chips to Vivo for its smartphones and the firm is also working on launching the Exynos 1080 SoC net week that is said to be a part of the upcoming Vivo X60.
Moreover, Samsung is also deliberating about doing the same by introducing the Galaxy S21 series earlier this year, so it makes a lot of sense that something like this is coming soon.
Lastly, Huawei was once one of the extensive smartphone makers but due to the current trade sanctions and all the troubles, the firm and everyone is hastening to acquire pushover.
